  • GPS-based automatic vehicle location
  • BLE-based indoor radio location
  • Fleet and subscriber-unit tracking
  • Voice recording and playback
  • Call logs and event sharing
  • Geofencing and lone-worker monitoring
  • KML and CSV data export
  • User permissions and multi-client access

KENWOOD KAS-20E Dispatch Software

Two-Way Radio Voice Dispatch

Windows-based software to start a dispatch system for fleet management and businesses from retail to healthcare by controlling multiple subscriber units on the same network.

  • Transport and logistics
  • Ports and airports
  • Healthcare and hospitals
  • Manufacturing and warehousing
  • Education and campuses
  • Public services
  • Security operations
  • Retail and hospitality

The dispatcher can choose to monitor the same or a different audio received from left and right speakers using a Selected tile or an Unselected Tile.

KAS-20E Dispatch Software Security

NXDN and DMR Voice Encryption

KENWOOD KAS-20E supports secure voice dispatch across compatible NXDN and DMR digital radio systems. DES 56-bit encryption supports both NXDN and DMR operation, while ARC4 encryption supports DMR mode.

Encryption helps protect operational conversations from unauthorised monitoring. The required encryption settings, software licences and compatible radio equipment depend on the selected network configuration. Speak to an authorised KENWOOD communications dealer to specify the right security options for your system.

KAS-20E Dispatch Software Indoor Location

BLE Indoor Radio Location

• Location of radios inside a building can be tracked efficiently using a BLE Beacon and a BLE Gateway.
• Two RF systems and a Bluetooth system to send BLE data to a location server.
• IP and Serial connections enabled for an NXDN Conventional/Trunking or DMR Conventional console. Connectable repeaters and radios vary depending on the IP/Serial connection.
• Target radios for Indoor Location are limited to portables.
• Device location data is obtained in intervals or by an event (e.g., an emergency).
